Graduates will explain the structure and governance of health systems, apply leadership principles to healthcare organisations, design quality improvement initiatives, and promote patient safety and continuous improvement.

Candidates must attend at least 80% of scheduled learning activities, complete all twelve taught modules, pass continuous assessments and examinations, and successfully complete and defend the Capstone Quality Improvement Project to be awarded the Post Graduate Diploma in Health Service Leadership and Quality Management.
